Popular American Comedian, Nicholas Scott Cannon popularly known as Nick Canon has finally graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University in Washington DC, United States.
Nick Canon, an American comedian, television host, actor, and rapper bagged a bachelors degree in Criminology / Administration of Justice and a minor in Africana Studies at Howard University in the United States in 2020.
He took to his Instagram to celebrate the achievement amidst the Covid 19 Pandemic giving a speech at the virtual graduation in a video of him wearing a graduation cap and gown.
“I graduated from Howard University @howarduniversity1867 today! Received a degree in Criminology / Administration of Justice and a minor in Africana Studies! Had the opportunity to speak at the virtual ceremony, Masters and PHD is next! #HU2020,” he said.

Nick Cannon enrolled at a Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in 2016. He shared the announcement on his Twitter a quote from Nelson Mandela that emphasizes the importance of education.
‘“Nelson Mandela once said, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,’ and with that said I have officially enrolled at Howard University,” he said.
He mentioned that he enjoys taking on new challenges and seeking personal growth. That’s why he decided to pursue his first degree at Howard University, known for its legacy of nurturing brilliant individuals.
Nick stated that he has friends, mentors, and colleagues who studied at Howard, which adds to his excitement. He said he is eager to start the new chapter and is optimistic about the opportunities it will bring.
