A brilliant lady named Odili Precious has bagged a Petroleum Engineering degree with first class and was awarded the best graduating student at the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria.
Odili Precious bagged her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Petroleum Engineering with first-class honors at the Federal University of Technology Owerri Nigeria. She was awarded the best-graduating student of her department.
She shared her achievement of graduating from the university with a first-class grade on Linkedin. ”1was conferred on the Bachelor of Engineering and Engineering Technology Degree, in the Department of Petroleum Engineering,” Precious said.
”The icing on the cake is that I graduated with FIRST CLASS HONORS and as the Best Graduating Female Student in Petroleum Engineering class of 2021/2022,” she added.

Precious mentioned that her story is a reflection of consistency and hard work as she had always maintained an excellent academic record since her childhood. She said she completed her primary school education with distinction and was the overall best-graduating pupil with eleven awards.
She finished secondary education and cleared all the subjects in her Senior Secondary Certificate Examination with A grades. She stated that she always challenged herself academically to engrave her name on the record books leaving a lasting legacy for herself.
Precious said she believes that determination and perseverance is the key to achieving success. She said her zeal and quest for excellence were evident in her JAMB and Post JAMB scores which earned her a merit admission into the university.
Precious said she developed the ability to conceptualize and introduce new solutions to problem-solving while at the university which kept her always above her contemporaries.
She stated that she drew her motivation and inspiration from her mother who is the current Head of Department, Computer Science Department in the Federal University of Technology Oweri.
She said her achievement would not have been possible without the help from God and the support of her family, mentors, friends, and well-wishers.
Precious said she has set her mind to her next achievement, and she looks forward to pursuing further research and making significant contributions to petroleum engineering disciplines.
