An exceptional Nigerian man named Abu-Hurairah Mahadi has emerged the best graduating student of Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeri after he bagged his bachelors degree with 4.95 over 5.00 grade point.
He was also awarded a full scholarship to study for his masters degree at Harvard University in the United States.
Mahadi obtained his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. He graduated from the university with first-class honors of 4.95 over a possible 5.00 cumulative grade point average.
His excellence performance earned him the overall best-graduating student of the university and also the best-graduating student of the university’s faculty of physical sciences.Â

Mahadi was awarded a full scholarship by the Kaduna State Government to study for his master’s degree at two prestigious universities in the United States which include Harvard University and the University of Cambridge.
He was also offered a role as a Special Assistant in the Kaduna State Government upon completion of his studies in the United States. Mahadi was also gifted a brand new HP laptop by the National Information Technology Development Agency of Nigeria.
The governor of Kaduna State, Nigeria, Uba Sani stated that he awarded Mahadi the scholarship to encourage him and to also inspire other students to strive towards excellence.
Mahadi expressed his gratitude to his family, friends, course mates, and well-wishers who celebrated with him.
