A brilliant 17-year-old girl, Hannah Childs has graduated from both High School and University in the same week after an incredible run of both her Diploma program and Bachelor’s degree simultaneously.
Hannah earned her high school and a two-year college degree in the same week. She studied for an associate’s degree from Cincinnati State University while also taking her high school classes and still graduated as the valedictorian.
She stated that she had a challenging academic schedule as she was juggling multiple college classes while still in high school, which often led to late nights and feelings of exhaustion. Despite wanting to give up at times, she persevered.
“I had a lot of deadlines to meet with my classes. I would take like two to three college classes a semester on top of my high school schedule. And it was a lot of late, late nights. I’d be tired sometimes, you know, I wanted to give up, but I kept pushing,” she said.

She described her achievement as a testament to all her hard work adding that it was a proud moment for her and her parents.
Hannah’s father, Dr. David Childs stated that he is proud of his daughter’s accomplishment. He said he believes that she has not reached her full potential yet adding that he is excited about her future and praised her as the kind of person who makes the world a better place.
“I’m excited to see where she’s going to go because she hasn’t even tapped into her potential yet. Really. I mean, these are the type of people that really make the world a better place,” she said.

Hannah said she will be heading to Northern Kentucky University where she will study a premedical course and work towards her goal of becoming a neurosurgeon.

In another story, a  brilliant 16-year-old girl, Grace Bush has graduated from both High School and University in the same week after an incredible run of both her Diploma program and Bachelor’s degree simultaneously.
Grace Bush attended the Florida Atlantic University High School in Boca Raton, Florida, the United States which allowed students to earn Bachelor’s degrees while they worked toward earning a high school diploma.
Grace enrolled for her Bachelor’s degree in public administration at Florida Atlantic University, United States and just before graduating from High School, she was awarded her Bachelor’s degree at the age of 16. Read more about Grace HERE.
