The Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) has introduced an Equity Scholarship to assist physicians and physician trainees who self-identify as Black, Indigenous or racialized participants to attend the 2024 Family Medicine Forum (FMF).
The Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). We recognize the systemic barriers, inequities, and socioeconomic challenges that medical conference participants who are underrepresented may face.
As such, we are taking steps to help increase the ability of individuals from equity-deserving groups to contribute their research and knowledge to the healthcare field.
