A brilliant young man named Marvellous Ihekwoaba has bagged a Radiography degree with distinctions atNnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria, and won five awards as the best-graduating male student of his class.
Marvellous earned an honors degree in Radiography and was awarded the second overall best-graduating student of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. He was also inducted into the Medical Radiography profession and was certified and licensed to practice in Nigeria,
He shared his achievement of graduating from the university on his Linkedin and at the same time earning his certification recalling how he used to worry about his basic course in high school to earn a degree with honors.
Aside from winning an award as the second overall best graduating student, Marvellous won other notable awards for his performance and activeness

Marvellous stated that he won the award of the best male graduating student, and the best graduating student award student in Magnetic Resonance Imaging, adding that he would be specializing in that area.
He also won the Legislator of the Year award and the award of Outstanding Leadership as the Speaker of the House of Representatives of his department. Marvellous said he is grateful to God, his parents, and his family who made the academic journey possible.
He mentioned that one of the key factors he learned as a student was balance, prioritization, and time management. While a student, Marvellous said most of his engagements were with non-curricular activities.
Marvellous said he was hugely involved in school politics where he rose from an ordinary house member to the Clerk, Deputy Speaker, and finally the Speaker.
He added that he was also active in sports, playing in the college’s volleyball team for four years and assuming its coaching role for over a year while still serving as an executive in my student fellowship.
He stated that despite all of these engagements, he made sure his academics came forward and he achieved excellence in it. Advising other students, he said while intelligence can ]be beneficial, consistency and diligence are more critical factors for success in any field.
He said consistently putting in effort and staying focused, individuals can overcome challenges and achieve their goals, even if they don’t possess exceptional intelligence.
Marvellous said excellence is achievable, and the pursuit of mediocrity is a choice. He said setting high goals and believing in oneself are essential steps toward achieving greatness. He said he is entering the labor market, with the understanding that his identity, education, skills, and purpose are a strong foundation for success.Â
