A brilliant Nigerian scholar named Adeyemi Omoge obtained a bachelor’s degree with 93% grade and eight master’s degrees from different universities abroad.
Adeyemi, a Nigerian public health expert and academic, has distinguished himself as a public health scholar by acquiring more than 40 degrees and certifications. According to his LinkedIn, he began his undergraduate studies at Adeleke University, Nigeria.
He bagged a bachelor’s degree in Public Health at the university through the Olusegun Agagu Foundation (OAF) & Springtime Development Foundation Fully Funded Scholarship (SDF).
He proceeded to earn a master’s degree in Psychological counseling and guidance at Eastern Mediterranean University, Northern Cyprus after which he earned a Master of Public Health at the University of New Haven, Connecticut in the United States.

Adeyemi also holds a master’s degree in Clinical Research from Sharda University, India, a master’s degree in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences from National Yang-Ming University, Taiwan, and a Master of Public Health in Disasters at the University of Oviedo in Spain,
Recently, Adeyemi obtained a double Master of Public Health through the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, a Master of Business Administration at the European Open University, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Research at the University of Nicosia Medical School, Cyprus.

Adeyemi said the international experience and exposure provided through the Erasmus Mundus equipped him with profound insights into global public health perspectives and evidence-based interventions to address thesis challenges.
He said the academic journey resulted in a master’s thesis that explored “The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on Mental Health in Colombia which was submitted for publication in an international journal and Flood Risk Profile of Nigeria.
He said this program allowed him to study in multiple countries, including the University of Oviedo, Spain, and the University of Nicosia Medical School, Cyprus.
Adeyemi added that the experience and exposure sharpened his ability to address critical public health issues from global, international, national, and national levels through a public health critical lens.
Aside from the Eras Mundus scholarship, OAF, and SDF, he won several scholarships, honors, and awards including the iLearn Scholarship (IN), National Yang-Ming Chiao Tungin Taiwan, and Commonwealth Scholarship in the United Kingdom.
He earned the Adeleke University Students Association Presidential Award, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences Students Association Award of Exemplary Services, The Wellbeing Initiative Award of Selfless Services, ALMA Malaria & UHC Youth Ambassador Award, Global Goodwill Ambassadors Ambassador & Humanitarian Award.
Adeyemi said he is eager and ready to be committed to utilizing his skills and knowledge to advance public health initiatives at the global, international, national, and local levels.Â
