An exceptional 17-year-old girl, NeeAli Scott has set a new record after graduating with an associate’s degree before completing High School in the United States.
Scott obtained an associate of science degree at Savannah State University, United States a month before graduating from high school. Shestarted her high school journey at Savannah Arts Academy before she enrolled for a college degree.
“I really just wanted to get as much education, a college education, as I can now for free. In the state of Georgia, you get 30 credits free. So that’s already half of the associate’s degree,” she said.
She earned the degree with a Sum Cum Laude grade and will be graduating from high school with honors. Scott mentioned that she also took some courses at Georgia Southern University while studying for the associates degree.

Scott stated she has yet to make a decision on where she will be pursuing her undergraduate studies. She said her main choices are Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Scott said that she aims to become a cardiothoracic surgeon and work in her city so she can give back to the youth. “I would like to work in an inner-city hospital and give back to the youth here in Savannah or wherever I may end up,” she said,
