An exceptional Mother from Mexico named Dafne Gaviria has achieved an outstanding academic feat after being awarded a Doctorate degree (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
Dafne Gaviria started her higher academic journey at the National Autonomous University of Mexico where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. She furthered her education in the institution earning a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Shortly after her Master’s degree in Mexico, Dafne enrolled for a PhD at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She joined the university’s Department of Mechanical, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering.
During the course of her PhD program, Dafne had a child – a girl, and despite the new responsibility, she was able to excel in her program. Her Supervisor, Hervé Morvan celebrated her success on LinkedIn.
