A young Nigerian lady named Funmi Koya has bagged a Finance degree with first-class honors at Babcock University, Southwest Nigeria.
Funmi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Babcock University, Ogun Nigeria. She took to her LinkedIn to celebrate her achievement stating that she earned the degree with excellent grades.
She said that aside from scoring a first-class culative grade, she earned an A in her final year project and a perfect 5.00 grade point average in both of her final year projects.
Reflecting on her academic journey, Funmi said she can not help but be grateful for all the experiences that led her to the present moment. She stated that the university has been so much more than a place of learning; it has been a space for growth, challenges, and unforgettable memories.

Funmi said she is thankful for the opportunity to learn in an environment that fosters curiosity and critical thinking adding that the skills and knowledge she gained will be her compass as she navigates the next steps.
She said now that she is a finance graduate, she is drawn to the fascinating intersection of finance and technology, two areas she is passionate about. Funmi said she loves how these fields constantly evolve and impact our daily lives.Â
Funmi said though she is exploring both tech and finance for a career path, she is yet to decide on a specific direction and she sees this uncertainty as an opportunity for exploration and learning.

Instead of being discouraged by the unknown, Funmi is motivated by curiosity and a willingness to embrace new challenges. She said wherever the next chapter leads her into, he is ready to embrace it with open arms.
Funmi said as she prepares for the next chapter, she is eager to put everything she has learned to use whether it is through further studies, work, or personal growth, she is confident that the education she has received will be instrumental in reaching her goals.Â
Advising all those on their journey or a similar path, Funmi said they should remember that persistence and faith in oneself will take them far. She said their curiosity and passion are their greatest assets so they should keep pushing forward .
