After suffering 7 rejections, Oluseye Oduyale finally bagged a 300,000 dollars worth of scholarhip to John Hopkins University in the United States and eventually graduates as a Medical Doctor.
Oluseye Oduyale is a Nigerian man who graduates with a doctor of Medicine at John Hopkins University’s School of Medicine in the United States. He took to Twitter celebrate his achievement dedicating his success to his mother.
He mentoned that after his undergraduate studies, he wanted to proceed to Medical School and applied to eight diffeent medical schools. Oluseye said it was his mother who advised him to choose John Hopkins Universty.
The university not only accepted him but also offerred him the admission with a scholarship worth 300,000 dollars. He stated that with his achievement,he is able tio celebrate those who have sacrificed with him in the academic journey.

”Send one to Johns Hopkins,” she said. “You never know what God is capable of.” 8 medical school applications, 1 acceptance, and 4 years later, I get to celebrate the sacrifices of many who have walked with me to this point. This one’s for you, Mum,” He said.
He was recognized for his leadership in the development of the Distinguished Teaching Society while at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Oluseye did his undergraduate studies at McMaster University, Ontario in Canada. He mentioned that he will be proceeding to Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis in the United States for his General Surgery residency.
In another story, a young man named Victor Thambe who worked as a security guard to pay his school fees has finally bagged a degree in Education at North West University in South Africa.
Victor, a Zeerust is a South African native who worked as a security officer while studying at the North West University Mafikeng in South Africa. He graduated from the university with a bachelor’s degree in Education.
