A brilliant African Lawyer named Jonathan Abotiwine Alua has bagged a Master’s degree in Law from Georgetown University in the United States.
Jonathan obtained her bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) at the University of Ghana before he proceeded to the Ghana School of Law for his professional Law Course where he was inducted as a barrister and solicitor of Ghana supreme court.
After he graduated from the Ghana School of Law, he proceeded to the United States to continue his postgraduate studies. Jonathan shared his achievement of earning his master’s degree on his Linkedin.
He shared that he bagged a master’s degree in Taxation Law at Georgetown University Law Center in the United States. ”I graduated from Georgetown University Law Center’s prestigious Tax LLM program. One academic year of studies here at Georgetown may have just been enough to etch in my mind a lifelong memory of fulfilling education,” he said.

Jonathan stated that while at Georgetown University, he made the most of his experience with a sense of joy and excitement. He expressed his gratitude to his faculty, colleagues, and friends for their contribution to his success.
He also thanked the entire team in charge of the Tax LLM program at the university for the resources he gained from them and all those who mentored him for their unwavering support.
He said he is excited about taking on new challenges and earnestly looks forward to the new chapter of his professional life as a legal practitioner.
Jonathan stated that wherever he goes with the knowledge he earned, he would be able to restate the Georgetown Law motto; ‘Law is but a means, justice is the end’ which means everything to him.
