A brilliant lady named Fika Fatima has won the award for the best-graduating student at Ahmadu Bello University after bagging a Mass Communication degree with a 90% grade point.
Fika obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with second-class honors 4.45 over a possible 5.00 cumulative grade point. Celebrating her achievement, she wrote on Twitter that she had imagined her success in her dream.
She was the best graduating studentof the university’s Department of Mass Comm Class of 2021 with. ”Alhamdulillah. It is an honour to be the best graduating student 2021/2022 session. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that,” she said.
While a student, uka was also active in other extracurricular activities. She was the Editor-in-Chief of Campus Herald Newspaper, ABU Zaria, and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of The Pioneer Magazine ABU Zaria.

Fika mentioned that she is grateful for her success, friends, and memories she made while at Ahmadu Bello University.
In another story, a brilliant Nigerian man named Olobada Abdul-hammed Bolarinwa emerged as the best-graduating student of his department after he bagged a first-class Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria.
He was awarded the best-graduating student of the Department of Telecommunication which is his sub-discipline. He shared his achievement on Twitter stating that he has been inducted as an Engineer. Read more about Olobada HERE.
