A brilliant Nigerian man, Oladoyin Ajay celebrates graduating as a Registered Nurse at Ladoke Akintola University, Southwest Nigeria.
Oladoyin obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BNSc) at Ladoke Akintola University, Southwest Nigeria. He shared his achievement on his Linkedin stating that he was inducted as a Registered nurse and a Registered Public Health Nurse.
”On the 30th of May 2024, I was officially inducted into the nursing profession as a Registered Nurse, Registered Public Health Nurse with a BNSc from LAUTECH,” he said.
Oladoyin stated that he is grateful for the positive experiences during his time as an undergraduate student. He said he is thankful for the opportunities he took, the risks he embraced, and how these experiences have shaped who he is.

Oladoyin said he appreciates the support, relationships, and divine assistance that have helped him along the way. He said despite facing challenges and moments where success seemed unlikely, he is happy to have overcome them.
Highlighting some of his accomplishments while in the university, Oladoyin said he grew his LinkedIn community to about 40,000 followers, fostering valuable relationships and building a supportive network as an undergraduate.
He stated that he spoke at over 30 events, both physical and virtual, and led a team of 50 to organize Linkedin Local Ogbomoso which was the largest free career event at my institution, with about 1,000 attendees as an undergraduate.

Oladoyin also mentioned that he was honored with the Diana Award, the most prestigious accolade for young people under 25, in memory of Princess Diana as an undergraduate, joined a select group of six to meet the Duke and Duchess of Sussex through the Diana Award.
He said he became the first Nigerian student and one of three Nigerians awarded the LinkedIn Top Voice badge by headquarters in 2024, worked with clients from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and participated in over six LinkedIn Local events across Nigeria.
At the university, he received the JCI (Junior Chamber International) Award as one of the Ten Outstanding Personalities in his school and organized an education-to-employment workshop for 80 students with Human & Social Sustainability Network Africa For African Youths to combat unemployment in Nigeria.
He also co-founded Students on LinkedIn, a movement that empowers students to harness LinkedIn for career growth, and served as a brand ambassador for Circleup Tech Inc. a Canadian company connecting interns and recent graduates with top career opportunities
Oladoyin said he hopes that his success inspires students and young professionals around the world to strive for excellence and aim to be among the top 1% in their field.
